Day 1
Check in at Periyar Villa home stay,Relax for an hour. Have lunch at your leisure. After lunch leave for Spice Plantation tour (Periyar also Known as Land of Spices) you can visit the spice plantation with a local guide will explaine about more than 12 different veriety Spices growing around here ,like Cardamom, Pepper , Coffee, Tea, Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, All spice, Turmeric , Ginger, Vanilla etc… also can see the Herbal medcinal plants in there. after that Evening can enjoy the Traditional Martial art of Kerala – Kalaripayttu 6pm to 7pm.Return to the home stay after dinner.
Day 2
Jungle Jeep Safari – it will start at early morning 5.30 am proceed to Gavi 40 kms by jeep, we will reach the Forest Station Gavi around 8 – 8.30 am in there restaurant can have the breakfast after that we can o with forest guide for the Jungle Trekking 2-3 hours. return from that around 12- 12.30 pm. After lunch if you are intrested can do one more trekking otherwise can do the Fun Boating – Peddaling in Gavi lake 1 – 2 hours after the Tea and snacks return to Thekkady back at 5.30 am.
N.B. Kindly note:- The above mentioned is our normal package but we can include more activiteis like Elephant ride ,Kathakali,Ayurvedic Massage depend upon your time.
